Thank you for visiting and shopping at anzene.com. Anzene aims to offer you the best delivery options. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.


Domestic Delivery Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

anzene.com ships to addresses within the U.S., some of U.S. Territories (Please consult [email protected] before ordering), and does not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Anzene will also ship to European countries and Singapore. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most Anzene packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx. You could contact FedEx: 1(800) 463-3339 or UPS: 1-888-742-5877 for further shipping information. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Damages:

anzene.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us within 20 days at [email protected].


International Delivery Policy

The processing time will be 5-7 days and the cost will be different for countries outside of U.S, Europe and Singapore. Please check the shipping cost and the checkout options. If its not available, please contact us at [email protected]. to confirm before placing the order.
