Vision, Mission, Story, Tagline
- A Vision:
- Transforming energy ownership for a greener world.
- By first, commoditising renewable energy by containing it in the safest and lightest energy block that can power all sorts of consumer electronics and electric mobilities.
- This will Innovate energy ownership where consumers will be able to produce, track different types of stored-energy & exchange the excess energy between others users on a platform.
- B / Missions statements:
- Anzene aims to achieve the vision with 6 mission statements standards
- Standardized – can be used in many appliances and light mobility devices
- Safe – the in-built fire extinguisher will extinguish any heat or fires detected
- Smart – stats & data driven, connected to mobile
- Swappable – almost zero down time; save time from charging it up5. Stackable – can power bigger devices
- Sustainable – up to 90% recyclability rate after shelf life is up
- C / Tagline:
- Powering Freedom
- Improving life with electricity (in China – 用电改进生活)
- D / Story:
- Cultural Background:
- Being a Singaporean start-up company, we recognize the importance of sharing and being familial to friends and family. And we have decided to promote that trait and encourage everyone to practice sharing in most occasions.
- We have incorporated that trait into the Anzene start-up battery pack. In which, sharing of battery energy among friends and other e-bike users is also possible.
- Being an Asian company, we are also much more aware of climate change and how it affects our continent negatively. Because of this, we have made Anzene in such a way that it combats the main problem with e-bikes: its contribution to global warming and climate change.
- That is why Anzene makes use of smart energy rather than wasting electrical energy from burnt fossil fuels.
- About us:
- Anzena was invented due to two reasons:
- ) Ai.Yun Wong, the CEO, is concerned with the environment but still wants to continue using his e-bike; and
- ) The same problem is experienced by Wong’s colleagues.
- Having encountered such a problem, Wong used his background in designing cars from his previous job of design at Tesla in order to answer such a problem.
- Ultimately, he came to the conclusion that a smart battery pack would be the most effective solution.
- And so, with his other colleagues, he designed Anzene. A lot of revisions and months later, he decided to launch the first product in Anzene’s line after meeting his own high standards and wants.
- Cultural Background:
- Anzene aims to achieve the vision with 6 mission statements standards

- .b. it increases the cost too much
- .c. Certification body would not allow it due to too big electro-magnetic field
- .d. the risk of breaking into pieces is very high and will pose lots of risk
- *solution has been found to use a hardware ball bearing with spring loaded that will exact 4 kg of force. sampling has started and will take 1 week to confirm
- Benefits:
- .a. Cheaper
- .b. Lighter
- .c. last longer
- photos of different scenes will be used on different mobility bikes to show our ‘small’ size can be retrofitted on any mobility

Air Pressure Value
- a new standard that the entire team forgot that battery pack needs to have an air pressure valve
- a customisation has been done to suit to the Anzene Energy Block
- it would be installed on the bottom. so if things happen, it would release on the bottom instead shooting up
- if there is an built up air pressure, the membrane would be broken and release the built-up-air-pressure
- its a IP67/68
- on the context, if a naughty boy wants to use a needle to forcefully poke, the membrane will be broken
- Anzene Energy block will be double layer protection no top and bottom covers.
- so the inner layer at another corner at the bottom cover, another Air Pressure Value will be installed so if a naughty boy really does it, it will still have an active valve for built-up-air-pressure

3 July 2019
IP67/68 USB A
- USB A with IP67/68 rating is the only one that could not be found.
- To do it, a new mold is needed for reconstructing.
- After few rounds of negotiation, the contract is downsized to 60 000 rmb. 50 000 rmb for deposit. 10 000 rmb after finishing.
3 July 2019
MVP – Final phase assembling before certification – Prototyping for Energy Block ONLY – 1st part
- *What happens on the assembling day:
- 3 sets of the entire BOM of energy block is produced and prepared
- ii: 2 sets will be assembled on the A-Day. 1 Sealed with 1 SGP sim card and 1 with China Sim card
- iii: The entire assembling process will be carried on real time to check for final issues and updated with the final BOM price list – certification official will join.
- iv: The 2 sets would be used for certification
- v: Remaining one set would wait for USB-A that has IP67/68 for complete IP67/68 certification. So far, all our parts have the sealing and USB-C & DC Barrel all have standalone IP67/68.
- vi: While waiting, one set will be sent to Singapore without seal to experience the assembling process. It will be collected back once USB-A is readied
- @This assembly does not include a IP^&/68 pressure-release-valve if there is inbuilt pressure inside like explosion – why? – no time for a specific dimension – it would not affect the entire structure@
- @@The bottleneck is by the company doing the toggle pin@
- @@@after this is done, a relook into the design is needed for weigh-reduction, and expansion capabilities
