Anzene Explosion Tests
- Overview:
- Explosion test via overcharging on cylinder Lithium Ion battery cells is too hard to control. As there is some fuse within it to prevent from overcharging
- Explosion test via punctured test on cylinder Lithium Ion battery cell is hard to manag as its harder to strike on cylinder surface
- Explosion test via overcharging on Lithium Polymer battery is easier to manage as it does not the fuse inside.
- Explosion test via punctured test on Lithium Polymer battery is easier to manage as it has flat surface
- With the above conditions, we will set up the condition in specific manner to ensure the effectiveness of Anzene’s CFE on lithium-xx batteries.
- The first series of tests is only to have stamp of “satisfaction’ from stats board from Singapore. More specific tests will have to work with institutions.
- To focus only on these 2 tests (5 tests we wish to have. Check 21st Aug post) with few variants:
1st: Electric scooter with Cell.Fire.Extinguisher
4th: Explosion-proof Bag & Electric Scooter with Cell.Fire.Extinguisher - With reference from Tian Jin China Research Test Lab for Emergency Department , the conditions are used to simulate battery cells fire.
- Using 50 mm of 92# petrol as the base.
- Set it up on fire with an introduction fire source
- Let it burn for 60 sec
- Then introduce our test conditions depending on our test
- Our supplier partner has tested with above authorities for Class B and electric cable fires. Can check the images for more information
- Setting up the conditions to simulate overcharged battery pack
- to use 36x16x8 cm aluminum box to represent the deck of all e-scooter/ bike battery enclosure.
- to fill up with 92# petrol (petrol to cover the base of the entire box) on the alu box
- Put a charged battery pack of lithium ion cells inside
- Put a small lithium polymer battery
- Punctured the lithium polymer battery
- Set it up on fire with an introduction fire source
- Let it burn for 60 sec
- Variant 1:
- After 60 sec
- Without closing the cover, throw in the CFE to observe the effect
- Variant 2:
- After 60 sec
- With the CFE that is sticked on the Alu. box cover, close the lid cover to observe the effect
- Variant 3:
- After 60 sec put 2 to 3 Alu.box that is on fire
- With the CFE that is sticked on the fire proof bag, close the lid cover to observe the effect

Cell Fire Extinguishing system For Anzene Docking station and Battery pack – Part 2
- B2C market
- 4 holes will spread around to have 360 degree effect while maintaining the output pressure. No more additional holes needed
- the top cover allows for keychain
- after confirmation, the cover will be prototype and used on current cell.fire.extinguisher.

Cell Fire Extinguishing system For Anzene Docking station and Battery pack – Part 1
- Videos to show human safety and non-toxin and non-metal corrosive.
- Video for non-metal corrosive is uploaded (showing when activated, desktop is still working)
- Video for non-toxin
- Video of a handheld bottle fire extinguisher. (output time of 11 sec of activation with 11grams – much better than the standard in the homes system)
- Reference with Cell.Fire.Extinguisher that has 2g and and 2 sec activation
- Question: how much can per gram of cell.fire.extinguisher extinguishes grams of lithium ion’s?
- Ans:
- In China fire safety standards, fire extinguisher will not use this battery chemistry’s base as there will be too many standards, with each series, different effective grams
- & since this improved compound that is non-toxin, non-corrosive, environment friendly, and not dangerous to human’s respiratory and is suitable for Class A, B, C, D fire,
- the standard way is by surface area (our C.F.E has an active are of 0.013 m^3. so our C.F.E with the current size that has 2 grams has an effective range of 0.026 m^3)
- since this C.F.E is mainly designed for Energy block that has 20 cells @ 2kg with all components. Each cell is @ 70 grams. 20 cells has a total grams compound of 70*20 = 1400 grams of lithium-ion battery. The effectiveness is 700 grams of lithium-ion battery per gram of C.F.E

Cell Fire Extinguishing system For Anzene Docking station and Battery pack – Part 1
- Anzene Energy Block with jig (fire reducen material) and cell.fire.extin will be sent to singapore for testing
- it can be put in LIPO bag charged with high output ACDC to explode it
- 2-4 sets of fire extine with ur packs for testing.
- 20x more cell.fire.extin is made for testing. 12x units will be sent to Singapore. 8x units in China HQ. NO additional cost required
- *B2C:
- How to make it for B2C?
- to remain the same pressure of output for the content, the holes to remain but spread it 360 degree for omni directional content-release

Cell Fire Extinguishing system For Anzene Docking station and Battery pack – Part 1
- The following is the process for doing the cell fire extinguisher by a local authority for 5000 rmb:
- an assurance that the cell fire extinguisher can put out lithium ion battery: In the case that a cell really caught a fire, the cell fire extinguisher will fume the other cells from catching fire, preventing it from spreading. It’s very hard to stop a cell that caught a fire.
- Anzene energy block has one more hardware feature that it as a IP67/68 air pressure valve to release the pressure inside if, if, if there is fire. This would prevent from exploding like a bomb.
- right now, the tests are on kerosene and its not relevant
- The first test will be on the e-scooter
- To ask in detail how fire extinguisher tester is doing the explosion: the answer is by charging
- one can fume 0.013 m^3
- Video format for Singapore team to edi:
- Before:
- a video that shows the cell fire extinguisher is put inside
- a video to show that the e-scooter is striped down and put with the cell fire extinguisher
- After:
- an angle showing on the big scene
- an angle focusing on the battery area
- an angle focusing on the top
- then let it explode and see how it stopped
- A video to show that its being charged
- *to show its charging
- *to put furniture by the side
- *to make it likes it on a living room

Cell Fire Extinguishing system For Anzene Docking station and Battery pack – Part 1
- Development team is readied to test with out battery
- Our battery cells are discovered that it would not explode even overcharging
- External ignite is to be created for the scene to be tested
- It was found out that the viral fire vase is also produced around the same time.
- this shows fire hazard is increasing with more electronics being used daily.
- it can be recreated with nicer casing and be treated or sold like a keychain for people to rescue fire by throwing too. to be looked into next time
