Is the portable Energy Block so attractive?
Our dream is to make all people have unlimited energy. We have worked hard for a long time to create a portable energy storage device called Energy Block, which is not only reasonably priced, but also made of high-quality components, and ensures that it can be used from generation to generation.
Can I order Energy Block anywhere in the world?
As long as local laws allow us to export Energy Blocks, we can provide Energy Blocks anywhere in the world.
How much power can the Energy Block release?
Anzene can easily output 500 watts.
Are there different sizes of Energy Blocks?
In order to simplify manufacturing and cost, we currently only produce Energy Block of one size. Please remember that Energy Block can be used for most electronic and electric products. If the power is insufficient, the user can stack them up.
How much does the Energy Block weigh?
The Energy Block weighs approximately 2.2 kilograms (4.85 pounds).
How long can the Energy Block last?
The Energy Block can be charged and discharged 1300 times. Once the charging cycle is used, we will provide a 1-1 swap.
The Energy Block needs 4 hours to fully charge.
Alternatively, users can choose to use a quick charger accessory and charge the Energy Block within 1 to 2 hours.
Can the cells be removed from the Energy Block?
Not possible. The design of the portable Energy Block makes it impossible for you to replace the cells. This will ensure the safest state of energy storage.
How to assemble the Energy Block?
The Energy Block comes with the instructions in the safety box and does not require assembly. You can also find help soon in our instructional video guide.
How much is the shipping cost?
Since we ship directly from our assembly plants in China/Hong Kong/Singapore to the world, the shipping fee is set at 30 to 60 US dollars (depending on your destination).
My box is damaged. what should I do?
Please notify the courier immediately if you can see damage to the Energy Block during transportation. They are responsible for all damage caused during transportation.
Take a photo and request a document or report, stating that you have received a clearly damaged box. To be on the safe side, you will need this insurance to qualify for the replacement Energy Block.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
All Energy Blocks are covered by a four-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you encounter any problems due to production, just contact our customers and we will solve them.
What is your return policy?
This is the “safety pledge”: we are very confident that you will fall in love with your new Energy Block. If you are not satisfied, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Who is responsible for any additional taxes, duties or VAT/consumption tax?
The buyer is responsible for these costs. Before purchasing, please check the import duty/VAT/consumption tax of your country/region. It is currently 0% in the United States, and it is different internationally. Duties/VAT/GTS must be paid before we can deliver your Energy Block. We will send a payment link, an overview of the invoice, and request confirmation of the final delivery address before we can ship your Energy Block
Can I test the Energy Block?
